Mrs. Sridevi Pillai is undoubtedly a veteran in the Montessori approach to education. She believes that a stimulating learning environment invokes the child’s natural urge to explore and assimilate. Sridevi considers trustworthiness, as the most essential human value that defines the interdependence in all relationships, whether at home or at the workplace, and that trust is difficult to earn, even more difficult to keep and the most difficult to become worthy of receiving! She is extremely dependable, carrying the task at hand with a high level of accountability.
Neha Kulkarni
Montessori Deputy Coordinator
Mrs. Neha Kulkarni takes pride in having worked in the field of early childhood education for the past twenty years. At Sishu Griha, she has gained a deep insight into the nuances of the holistic development of children and the merits of the Montessori approach in stimulating young minds during formative years. She believes that Montessori adults play a vital role in guiding their students to choose the right set of activities appropriate to their age, enabling them to maximize their potential while learning core values of sharing, co-operation and patience.
Anisha Srinivasan
Montessori Deputy Coordinator
Mrs. Anisha Srinivasan has rendered dedicated service for several years in the Montessori section of Sishu Griha, and has evolved into a confident and committed Montessorian. Being a good team player, Anisha is capable of working along with people of all age groups, receiving ideas with an open mind and respecting others’ opinions. Endowed with a pleasant and friendly disposition she has a genuine interest in music and dance and trains her students for events at school.
Viji Murali
Primary School Coordinator – Grade 3, 4, 5
Mrs. Viji Murali has impacted the lives of several batches of students, during her two-and-a-half-decade tenure, which she considers to be the greatest privilege of being a teacher. Through her teaching, she has instilled in her students a love of learning, inculcated in them values that they can steadfastly hold on to, helped them understand that school is not all about preparing them to do well in various subjects, and made them realize that conducting oneself in the right way is more important than securing good grades.
Anupama Vijay

Mrs. Anupama Vijay is endowed with commendable qualities of being approachable and amiable. She implements multiple methods of teaching, catering to individual learning styles, giving ample freedom to students to express themselves. She practices “activity based differentiated learning” to bring out the potential and build confidence in each student and constantly appreciates them for their efforts. She keeps herself updated with the latest trends in technology and incorporates them wherever required.
