GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FOR GRADE 11

Before you register online, please read all instructions carefully and click on the Application Form link.

PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION

• Read the guidelines and proceed to fill the Registration Form.
• Upload Aadhar Card, Passport, Birth Certificate and last 3 years’ academic progress report (Term 1 Progress Report for current year). Upload Aadhar Card, Passport, Birth Certificate and last 3 years’ academic progress report (Term 1 Progress Report for current year).
• Upload latest passport size photographs of the father, mother and ward.
• Submit the duly filled-in form.
• Kindly pay a registration fee of Rs. 500/- in cash at the school office at the time of submitting your application.
• Take a printout of the submitted form.

Documents to be submitted before the assessment and selection procedure.

• Duly signed application form
• Birth Certificate (Notarized)
• Copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Copy of student’s Aadhar card
• Visiting card(s) of the parents
• Copy of last 3 years’ progress report (Term 1 Progress Report for current year)
• Health report (if the child needs any special medical attention)

SUBJECTS FOR ENTRANCE :

• Compulsory for all applicants:
• English and Aptitude test
• Optional subjects if selected by the applicant:
• Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Math
